Team Interconnectivity + Project Management
The objective is to understand team or department wide problems and provide solutions based on constraints. We provide work-back plans for deliverables and keep projects moving forward.

The concept of Shift Marketing arose in a post COVID world where many marketing and development teams are remote and working asynchronously. The need for strategic communication, direction, and well-organized project management became clear. We truly believe that no marketing department can succeed without well executed project management.

Our focus is on providing high quality deliverables and strategic communication. Because of this, most clients run a wide variety of projects through our team.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Project management includes tracking a complex deliverable or set of complex to ensure they are completed on time and to your standards. Many times we will project manage and review along the way.
Marketing deliverables
Marketing deliverables include graphics, web page design, copy writing & review, email marketing, branding, audits for social media & websites, event management, and more.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – TRACKING ONLY
For Platinum Plus and Diamond packages, Shift Marketing will track projects where we do not take any action. These projects will not be counted towards your monthly project count.
Complete Visibility + Planning
You will meet with your Shift Marketing team regularly to update, plan, and strategic on objectives. You will have access to live updates on your project management board – ensuring transparency and communication.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
The system is user friendly and available on both mobile and desktop devices. You will also have a dashboard that houses a live report of work completed.
REGULAR TOUCH BASES
Regular touch bases will be lead by Shift to establish priorities and ensure alignment. The rate that touch bases occur depends on your package level.
WORKFLOW
Priorities will be assigned out in your regular touch base and due the next time the team meets. You are able to adjust your priorities in the middle of a workflow if your package allows.
